Pay:

$52,000-$66,500 per year, depending on experience and availability Frutopia is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We need a strong, hands-on leader who can manage the entire operation while also stepping in and working alongside the team when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of consistent restaurant management experience Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish Strong cooking and kitchen experience Proven leadership and staff management skills Experience with scheduling and labor management Experience placing vendor orders and managing inventory Knowledge of food costs, portion control, and waste management Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Dependable and responsible Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading and training employees, scheduling staff, placing food and supply orders, managing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, maintaining food quality and cleanliness standards, and assisting with cooking and kitchen operations when necessary. Please do not apply if you do not have at least 5 years of restaurant management experience. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the restaurant, lead by example, hold the team accountable, and keep operations running smoothly.
