Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple Subway restaurant locations, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality customer service. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve profit margins, and enhance overall business performance. Oversee financial management including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives to meet or exceed financial targets. Implement process improvements and lean management techniques to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and increase productivity across all locations. Manage team development through coaching, training, and leadership development programs to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce. Conduct regular performance evaluations, supervise staff, and facilitate effective managerial communication to ensure team alignment with company goals. Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor sales trends, operational metrics, and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with executive-level teams on strategic planning initiatives and business development opportunities. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, brand standards, and operational policies across all locations. Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and resolving escalated issues promptly. Experience Proven management experience in a multi-unit or regional operations environment within the food service or retail industry. Strong background in profit & loss management, financial analysis, and operational planning. Demonstrated ability in project management, process improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives effectively. Experience leading teams through change management processes while fostering a positive team culture. Skilled in data analysis using Excel or similar tools to inform decision making and optimize business outcomes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization including executive leadership. Supervising or team leadership experience that highlights your ability to develop talent and manage diverse teams effectively.
