We are seeking a motivated and talented Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant operations and deliver outstanding guest service. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and sanitation Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff, assigning daily work and ensuring compliance with company policies Order and maintain inventory levels to keep the restaurant well-stocked Handle cash register reconciliations and maintain accurate records in compliance with laws and company policies Team Management & Development Recruit, interview, and hire quality staff members Conduct orientation and training for Shift Leaders and hourly employees Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed Adjust work schedules and approve overtime to ensure full shift coverage Leadership & Communication Exemplify a professional and positive attitude at all times Communicate effectively with staff, guests, vendors, and the community Lead management and staff meetings as directed Delegate tasks appropriately and resolve employee concerns promptly Work Conditions & Qualifications Flexible schedule including extended hours, with periods of standing and walking Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong communication, math, and computer skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude
