catering from our Overland Park operation. You will build relationships, turn inquiries into clear proposals, and coordinate with restaurant teams so pickups, deliveries, and events happen as promised. The role combines sales, planning, and hands-on problem solving. What you'll do Respond to leads, prepare proposals, follow up promptly, and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Build repeat business with offices, event planners, venues, and community partners. Confirm menus, guest counts, dietary needs, timing, delivery, setup, staffing, and service details. Coordinate kitchen production and event logistics across locations; check orders before they leave. Stay in touch with clients, handle changes and concerns, and follow up after events. Track sales, costs, inventory, and waste, then improve systems as catering volume grows. Train team members involved in catering and keep client and event records accurate. What you bring Catering, restaurant, event, hospitality, or sales experience; two years preferred. A combination of client-facing confidence and operational attention to detail. Clear writing, strong follow-through, and comfort managing several deadlines. Sound judgment when plans change and a willingness to work with restaurant teams on the details. If you like winning a client's trust and making the whole event feel easy for them, we would like to meet you.
