The ideal candidate has experience in quick service or restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building a winning team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager with daily operations and brand standard compliance Lead shifts and ensure smooth execution during busy service periods Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns quickly and professionally Train, coach, and develop team members to perform at their best Manage inventory, food ordering, and proper product rotation Monitor labor, food costs, and sales performance Prepare and manage staff schedules Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence at all times Operate POS system and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

What We're Looking For:

QSR or restaurant management experience preferred Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Confident handling cash and daily financial reporting Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Flexible schedule (nights and weekends required) 28-40 hours per week
