This position is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about food service management, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee staff, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, manage inventory, and support the overall profitability of the restaurant. Your proactive approach and managerial skills will help create a lively, efficient, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members. Duties Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and high standards of service. Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to foster a cohesive team environment. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety practices to maintain quality and compliance with health regulations. Manage Infoking POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability. Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and participating in staff selection to build a strong team. Handle customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and promote positive dining experiences. Assist with budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost control initiatives to meet financial goals. Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling protocols. Contribute to creating a lively atmosphere by managing shift schedules, supervising kitchen operations, and maintaining high service standards. Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and customer service. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry is highly preferred. Strong background in food safety management, inventory control, and kitchen operations. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams or managing restaurant staff effectively. Experience with training & development programs for team members to enhance performance. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately along with basic math skills for financial tasks. Knowledge of budgeting procedures, profit & loss analysis, and cost control strategies within a restaurant setting. Pay:
