Job Summary We are seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily functions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and team leadership. Your passion for food service management and hospitality will drive the success of our establishment, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to foster a culture of teamwork and excellence. Responsibilities Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, food preparation, and customer service. Oversee inventory control, food safety management, and adherence to health regulations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Supervise kitchen operations, including cooking, food production, and food handling procedures, ensuring quality and consistency. Implement staff training programs focused on customer service, food safety, POS, and operational procedures. Manage cash handling processes, including drawer counting and financial reporting Conduct interviews, hire new team members, and provide ongoing coaching to develop a motivated and skilled hospitality team. Monitor restaurant performance metrics, including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets, to maximize profitability. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, managerial communication, and staff engagement initiatives. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest. Skills Extensive experience in food service management with a strong background in quick service & casual dining environments. Proficiency with POS systems, bonus points if it's Clover; basic math skills for cash handling and financial calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, culinary experience, and kitchen management practices. Ability to lead team training & development initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills for managerial collaboration, staff training, interviewing candidates, and customer service excellence. Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams with a focus on food quality, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
Pay:
$56,900.00 - $70,000.00 per year People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
