Position Summary The Area Manager is responsible for the overall success of three restaurant locations, including operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development. This hands-on leader partners with each unit's General Manager to build a positive culture while ensuring exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability across all locations. With a breakfast/lunch concept closing daily at 2pm, this role offers a true no-nights schedule. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across three restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and standards. Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams at each location. Support recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of top talent across all units. Deliver an outstanding guest experience through exceptional hospitality at every location. Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards system-wide. Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses across the three units. Analyze sales and P&L reports for each location to drive overall profitability. Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards across all sites. Travel regularly between locations to provide hands-on support and coaching. Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture across the organization. Qualifications 3+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience; multi-unit experience preferred. Full-service restaurant experience required; breakfast or brunch experience preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills across multiple teams. Experience managing P&L, labor, and food costs. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; reliable transportation for traveling between locations.
