SUMMARY OF POSITION

The General Manager is accountable for all aspects of the site and its operations. They use their drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieve results that meet and exceed established volume, revenue, and profitability goals. A Tidal Wave General Manager leads by example and you can find them on the front line, shoulder-to-shoulder, with their team members! Restaurant Management experience is ideal and skill sets are easily transferrable.

What We Will Provide:

• A Compensation Package that includes base pay, and an obtainable performance based bonus program!
• A schedule designed to provide a healthy work-life balance. Full-time is based on 47 hours a week with a 5-day work week. The site is closed by 8 PM so no late nights!

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Lead a small team of 8
• 14 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun!
• Fast-paced and structured work environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Perform limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Attract, recruit, train, and develop employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.

What You Will Need:

• 3+ years of customer & team-facing leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty. This can include bending, crouching, or reaching tight places to ensure the machinery is functioning properly
• Must be able to stand, walk, and stay on your feet for extended periods to oversee operations, interact with staff, inspect the facility, and ensure smooth workflow
• Ability to frequently stoop, bend, and crouch to inspect vehicles, check equipment, scrub/prep vehicles using cleaning tools
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs to the waist, 25 lbs to the chest, and 15 lbs overhead. Must be able to safely use a ladder for high equipment or maintenance tasks
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines
