Paid Vacation and Personal Days Skills Required:

Manager The Manager will assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the Dunkin' location. This includes overseeing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for training new employees, scheduling staff, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the Dunkin' location Oversee the staff and ensure customer satisfaction Manage inventory and supplies Maintain a clean and organized store Train new employees Schedule staff Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager in the food service industry is preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent We can't wait to hear from you!
