The Role:

Hands-On Leadership Our General Managers are the heartbeat of our operations. This is a boots-on-the-ground, in-the-weeds, leadership role where you will work side-by-side with your team to create an environment built around exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team development. We are looking for versatile leaders who can confidently oversee all aspects of a high-volume restaurant while developing and mentoring the next generation of Cook Out leaders. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant while ensuring Cook Out standards are consistently met. Drive profitability by effectively managing food, labor, and paper costs while holding the team accountable for performance. Team Development Recruit, train, coach, and develop a large team. Identify high-potential employees and provide the leadership and support they need to succeed and advance within the company. Customer Experience Create and maintain a positive, energetic, fast-paced environment that delivers an exceptional experience for every guest. Candidate Qualifications Management Experience Minimum of 3 years restaurant or hospitality experience, including at least 1 year of management experience. Adaptability Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities. Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while working toward shared goals. Compensation & Benefits At Cook Out, we believe hard work should be rewarded. Compensation Annual Salary:

$75,000-$100,000

Appreciation Pay:

$15 per hour in addition to base salary

Performance Bonuses:

Monthly bonuses based on sales growth and overall store performance
