Full Job Description Hiring:
Assistant Restaurant Manager Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$20 / hour

Hours:

Approx. 32 hours / week

Schedule:

Monday

Friday:

10:30 AM

•3:00

PM Sunday:

12:00 PM

•9:00 PM (Saturdays off)

Key Responsibilities Order Management & Takeout:

Answer incoming phone orders, accurately enter details, and assist with packing and verifying takeout orders.

Daily Operations:

Assist with overall daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth workflow during rush hours.

Team Supervision:

Help oversee service quality, speed of kitchen output, and maintain a collaborative team environment.

Customer Service:

Great on-site guests warmly and handle any customer inquiries or feedback professionally.

Hygiene & Safety:

Ensure compliance with food safety and store sanitation standards. Requirements Prior restaurant work or supervisory experience preferred. Clear and professional phone communication skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling fast-paced peak hours. Must have legal work authorization.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
