Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members and conducting ongoing staff development to uphold service excellence Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently across all menu items Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal food and beverage supplies Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures, POS system operation (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and daily reconciliation Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant Support shift management by coordinating scheduling, managing customer concerns promptly, and resolving operational issues efficiently Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry or hospitality sector Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills Experience with inventory control, food safety management, and managing food production processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team environment Excellent communication skills for managerial conversations, customer interactions, and staff training sessions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of service Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
