Overview:

Shift Managers at Andy's oversee all aspects of the store's operations and ensure that the facility is clean and well-maintained. The manager leads by example to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing high quality custard and exceptional service to all customers. Managers will also strive to maintain a fun, family-like, but professional culture that Andy's is known for. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Perform all day-to-day tasks that is asked of our store team Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by using a "customer comes first" attitude Perform all cleaning duties for store team, as well as power washing outside concrete Responsible for monitoring training and development of new employees on shift, use positive reinforcement when needed Create a positive and professional environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful feedback to all Associates/Shift Supervisors Develop positive and professional relationships with store team As a key holder, execute store operations during scheduled shifts including store opening and closing duties, and run bank deposit as needed Effectively lead the store and provide direction while the General Manager is not present Attend store management meetings, regional meetings, and company meetings Utilize operational tools to achieve maximum operational efficiency, i.e., Drive times, food costs, labor costs, etc. Assist with food ordering and deliveries Always maintain all health and safety regulations Follow and reinforce Andy's operational policies and procedures Follow and reinforce

Andy's Dress Code and Personal Appearance Policy Requirements:

Must have 1-2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry, or Andy's experience Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be 20+ years of age, and out of high school or equivalent Must be able to work Full-Time, and have open availability Must be able to work late nights (as late as 1am), weekends as well as some holidays Complete training in all areas of store within designated amount of time Complete all required tasks on Andy's Waitrainer modules, and continue ongoing education on Waitrainer and other resources Must be able to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to think on your feet Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities Must be able to learn quickly Must be able to use touch sensitive POS tablet Effective oral communication skills Strong Interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to maintain the Andy's culture/values at all times, even during moments of high stress

Physical Requirements:

Constant standing and walking Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds independently and safely Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc. Constant computer, point-of-sale register, and found equipment usage Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around fountain area Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
