Primary Duties:

Ensures food preparation methods, portioning and presentation meet standards. Ensures customer satisfaction is achieved and food is prepared as requested by the customer. Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the food lines, dining room, patio and bathrooms. Monitors and executes preparation, handling and storage of food to ensure food safety practices are met. Provides exceptional customer service. Prepares customer orders as requested. Prepares the restaurant for success by utilizing opening, closing and layover checklists. Restocks necessary items as needed. Takes phone orders. Completes transactions on POS system when necessary. Busses, cleans and sanitizes tables. Takes out trash. Cleans and sanitizes work area, equipment, and floors. Performs other duties as assigned, depending on the needs of the restaurant or company.

Required Skills:

Must be able to move products or equipment up to 50lbs and work with sharp and/or hot equipment. Completion and certification of a state or local government approved alcohol server training program.

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
