Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

Support the EKM through training and coaching new team members Build respectful relationships with the crew - BOH and FOH Pay close attention to details in a scratch kitchen environment Keep operations running smoothly in a very high-volume environment Manage recipe execution, portion sizes, prep lists, and help with scheduling Display leadership qualities every shift

Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 years of experience in a full-service Restaurant AKM or leadership role in a casual or upscale-casual environment Must love a fast-paced environment Proven ability to maintain standards, exceed goals, and build relationships Knowledge of completing inventory and ordering Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is a must Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on work ethic
