Experienced General Manager with a proven track record of leading high-volume operations in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Skilled in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, driving financial performance, developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining operational excellence in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, control labor and food costs, implement company standards, and achieve business goals while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and outstanding customer service. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience; preferred at least 2 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role within a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or retail environment. Proven success managing large, high-volume operations while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial objectives. Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple departments while maintaining operational excellence, safety, cleanliness, and company standards. Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, labor management, inventory control, cost of goods, and full profit-and-loss (P&L) accountability. Strong understanding of restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment operations, including food and beverage service, attractions, guest services, and facility management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams. Proven ability to analyze operational and financial reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions. Experience creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment, health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS), scheduling, inventory, payroll, and workforce management systems. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent management experience will be considered. ServSafe Manager Certification, Alcohol Server Certification, or other industry certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within established timeframes).
