Duties Assist with food handling and preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Prepare meals according to established recipes and guidelines, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Follow food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow during peak hours. Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is readily available for use. Participate in cleaning duties, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness. Experience Previous experience in the food service or culinary field is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus. A passion for meal preparation and a willingness to learn new skills within the kitchen environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with other kitchen staff.
