This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, flexibility, and room to grow.
THE ROLEWork closely with the manager on daily operations and special projectsOwn the creation and management of Cookie Time's social media contentAssist with baking, decorating, and customer serviceHelp with daily bakery production, including preparation, baking, decorating, and preparing products for the caseHelp manage Toast, online ordering, and third-party deliveryHelp train and support staff as neededJump in wherever needed to keep the bakery running smoothly
Baking experience: someone comfortable working in a commercial kitchen or eager to develop those skillsEnjoys baking and is interested in learning new techniques, recipes, and production processesExperience and a deep interest in creating engaging, creative content for social media is requiredTech-savvy and a fast learnerIndependent worker with strong communication and organizational skillsToast/POS experience is a major plusCommercial kitchen or bakery experience is a plus
We re working on modernizing our processes and customer experience. We recently implemented Toast, online ordering, and third-party delivery, and we re always looking for new and creative ways to improve our store, operations, and customer experience.
There is no shortage of projects to take on, and the sky is the limit when it comes to ideas and improvements.
