Founded byFrench-born chef Delphine Minogue, our cr perie has grown from a dream into a thrivingcommunity hub that's earned a loyal following for both our culinary offerings and our warm,welcoming atmosphere.

As we enter our fourth year, we're expanding our offerings to include evening table service with afull bar featuring craft cocktails, curated wines, and distinctive beers. We're seeking a passionatehospitality professional to help lead this exciting new chapter and refine our unique hybridservice model.

The Role:
More Than Just ManagementAs our Front-of-House Manager, you'll be the conductor who ensures every guest experience isharmonious while nurturing our team's development. This position offers a unique blend ofcreative input, leadership opportunity, and hands-on hospitality in a setting where no two daysare quite the same.

You'll have the chance to:

Shape our beverage program: Develop craft cocktail menus, curate wine and beerselections, create signature drinks, and design memorable beverage experiencesRefine our hybrid service model: Lead the transition between counter service (day) andtable service (evening), ensuring seamless operationsLead a dedicated team: Mentor and inspire our front-of-house staff while setting thestandard for our signature blend of casual-yet-refined serviceBe part of our growth story: Contribute to our evolution as we expand our hours andofferings with full bar serviceConnect with our community: Become a familiar face to our regular guests and helpwelcome newcomers into our French-American oasisWhat You'll Bring to the
TableEssential Ingredients:
Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesStrong leadership abilities with a collaborative approachExcellent communication skills and a calm presence during busy periodsBasic knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer (extensive expertise not required enthusiasmto learn is more important!)Experience with both counter service and table service operations preferredProblem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing situationsServSafe and TIPS certifications (or ability to obtain after hire)
Responsibilities:
Orchestrate exceptional dining experiences through leadership, training, and example-settingOversee and refine our hybrid service model: counter service during the day, table service inthe eveningsBecome our in-house expert on all menu offerings, from cr pes to French pastries to ourcraft cocktail and beverage programDevelop and manage our craft cocktail menu and full bar operationsManage inventory for wine, beer, spirits, cocktail ingredients, and bar suppliesContribute creative ideas to our marketing efforts, social media, and special eventsEnsure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining ourpoint-of-sale systemHandle customer complaints with grace and solve unexpected issues as they ariseTrain and mentor junior team members on both service stylesCreate training materials and programs for new hires and ongoing staff developmentWhy Delphine's Kitchen?
