We pride ourselves on creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests and a collaborative, supportive work environment for our team. The Role We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. Working closely with the General Manager and FOH team, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain service standards, and keep shifts running smoothly during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend services. Key Responsibilities Oversee shift execution, including floor organization, table touches, host stand management, and seating flow. Lead, mentor, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers to deliver attentive, warm hospitality. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service issues with grace, tact, and quick problem-solving. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to align the team on menu updates, specials, and service goals. Assist with FOH scheduling, staff training, POS management, and daily cash handling procedures. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, alcohol service guideline, and cleanliness standards across the dining room and bar. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive, and approachable management style. Proficiency with POS systems (Toast experience is a plus). Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods.
