About the Role
We re looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, takes pride in producing excellent food, and knows how to keep a busy kitchen organized and running smoothly someone who brings positive energy and inspires the team to do their best.
This is a working kitchen position. The Kitchen Manager cooks and produces food alongside the team every day, leading from the line rather than from an office. It s a leadership role with real room to grow alongside the company and be rewarded for contributing to its success.
ScheduleFull-time daytime position approximately 50 hours per week, with reasonable flexibility based on catering and production needs.
Our kitchen runs Sunday through Friday7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. no night shifts, no Saturdays, Friday daytime only, and closed on major holidays.
The Kitchen Manager coordinates weekly coverage with the Kitchen Supervisor according to the production schedule.
CompensationGuaranteed base salary of $65,000 per year, plus a competitive performance-based bonus plan tied to clearly defined goals in kitchen operations, operational efficiency, and company sales and growth targets.
