CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER

Border Cafe | Burlington, MA 01803 | Full-time | $85,000 - $90,000/yr Border Cafe has served the Northeast for 39 years and today includes five locations. We run a high-volume, full-service casual dining operation built on consistent food quality, strong service standards, and a team culture that takes real pride in execution. We are seeking a Chef who possesses the energy, edge, and drive to uphold our exacting standards. What You Will Do Lead kitchen teams to deliver high-quality food, exceptional presentation, and adherence to food safety standards. Recruit, develop, and retain hourly and management talent Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and facility upkeep Manage food costs, inventory, and profitability targets Partner with front-of-house leaders to deliver seamless guest experiences What We Are Looking For Proven leadership experience in full-service restaurant operations Strong background in high-volume environments Passion for food quality and a guest-first mindset Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities Be highly competitive, naturally assertive, and results-driven Value structure and be detail-oriented
