Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery Lead and motivate team members by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards while adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Supervise food production processes including cooking, food handling, and ensuring consistency across all menu items Support customer service efforts by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and assist with onboarding new team members Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling regulations Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and manage hospitality teams effectively Excellent communication skills for managerial communication and team coordination Basic math skills for inventory control, budgeting, and profit/loss analysis Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and customer focus Experience with catering, banquet services, or casual dining is a plus; culinary or kitchen management experience highly valued Join us as an Assistant Manager where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
