What You Will Be Doing As our Lead Cafe Shift Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operation of Namaste Cafe while ensuring every guest receives the same exceptional experience we have become known for.

You will be responsible for:

Opening and preparing the cafe each morning Daily food preparation Preparing smoothies, açaí bowls, juices, espresso drinks, and cafe menu items exactly to company standards Delivering warm, genuine customer service Maintaining an exceptionally clean, organized workspace Managing prep levels and inventory throughout your shift Following recipes and procedures with consistency and attention to detail Working confidently on your own while supporting the team whenever needed On Sunday's, Monday's, and Tuesday's , you will be the primary leader running the cafe. On Friday's , you'll work alongside ownership as we review the week together, celebrate wins, identify opportunities for improvement, and continue refining the customer experience.

Qualifications Required:
