- Long Established family-owned full service restaurant
- Metrowest/Boston area Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily FOH operations including staff recruitment, training and supervision
- Recommend Marketing opportunities to improve profits.
- Responsible for consistent high-quality guest service.
- Ensure compliance with company, federal/state/local ordinances.
Qualifications:
- College degree in hotel/restaurant management desired.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, POS Systems).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must possess good communication skills.
