Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits available Paid time off and company holidays Supportive culture with opportunities for career advancement Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant manager or supervisory role No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years Knowledge of current labor laws, alcohol beverage regulations, and state wage standards Up-to-date ServSafe, Choke Saver, and Tips certifications Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and staff training Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards Manager Preferred Background & Skills Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team Experience conducting audits and corrective actions Familiarity with hiring, onboarding, and progressive discipline processes Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Direct all FOH employees to deliver an outstanding dining experience every shift Monitor and uphold food, beverage, and service standards at all times Manage scheduling, FOH staffing, and payroll processes efficiently Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing staff education Ensure adherence to purchasing and labor budgets, implementing corrective actions as needed Conduct regular audits—tables, tickets, employee files—and act on findings Lead daily pre-shift meetings and ongoing training sessions Participate in manager meetings and handle performance reviews This position offers a strong platform for experienced leaders ready to make an impact and grow within a supportive restaurant organization.
