WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Full operational leadership across food quality, safety, client relationships, budgets, and P&L. Hire, coach, and inspire your team, from your Chef and Assistant Manager to hourly staff.

Drive the numbers:

labor and food cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory.

Set the standard:

SOPs, training programs, and best practices across the region.

Build relationships that matter:

client site visits, vendor partnerships, and sales support.

Bring big ideas to life:

new business development, RFPs, and strategic growth initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

7+ years of relevant leadership experience (Bachelor's degree preferred). A proven track record running multi-site or complex food-service / hospitality operations.

Sharp financial acumen:

you're as comfortable with a P&L as you are on the floor. A natural leader who can hire, train, and rally a team around a shared goal. ServSafe certification required; HACCP certification a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
