Apex Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement Flexible scheduling options including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Supportive, team-oriented culture On-the-job training and career development opportunities Apex Manager Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in food & beverage and/or hospitality industry Minimum age of 18 years Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Attention to detail; strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in MS Office applications Ability to stand for 6-12 hours at a time Valid driver's license or reliable transportation Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Apex Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience with employee scheduling and human resources practices Prior supervisory experience in a multi-attraction or family entertainment center Familiarity with cash handling and daily reporting Bilingual abilities a plus Apex Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all attractions, food & beverage, and guest service areas Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of employees Ensure all facilities and amusements are clean, safe, and fully operational Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members Monitor employee schedules, performance trends, and payroll submissions Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations Open and close the venue following established procedures, including managing multiple cash drawers Take the next step in your leadership career with a company focused on positive guest experiences and team development.
