This position is responsible for assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following: Assist in seasonal menu execution, inventory, ordering/purchasing, controlling food cost, training and sanitation Assist in personnel management of team level hiring, scheduling, termination, coaching and development. Assist management with food and labor costs Execute production under the direction of Senior Leadership Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Qualified candidates will possess at least 2+ years of culinary experience with knowledge of food specifications including but not limited to sanitation, preparation, presentation and basic cooking methods. In addition, a successful candidate must be professional, innovative, and possess well-rounded culinary skills with creativity and passion for culinary arts.
