Your Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, kitchen readiness, and service. Lead by example and assist with food preparation, orders, customer service, and cleaning as needed. Maintain food quality, portion consistency, order accuracy, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Hire, onboard, train, and coach employees. Manage schedules, attendance, staffing, and shift responsibilities. Build a respectful team environment and handle conflicts calmly and fairly. Address guest concerns promptly and use feedback to improve the experience. Manage inventory and ordering, prevent stock shortages, and reduce waste. Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and cash handling. Oversee POS systems, online ordering, and delivery platforms. Support promotions and encourage helpful recommendations that meet guests' needs. Keep ownership and administration informed about performance, staffing, maintenance, and operational concerns. Qualifications Previous restaurant management and kitchen experience. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to lead people with different backgrounds, personalities, and perspectives. Experience with scheduling, employee training, inventory, and basic financial reporting. Strong organization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to stay calm, make decisions, and support the team during busy shifts. Dependability, honesty, and willingness to learn. Availability Monday through Saturday, including opening and closing shifts. Authorization to work in the United States.
