Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Writes weekly/yearly budgets and projections; implements corrective action when there are variances. Understands P&L and declining budgets. Conducts monthly inventory; reviews preliminary financial results, actual vs budget. Reviews invoices on a daily basis. Reviews payroll prior to submission and verifies employees' wages met government standards. Follows up with management regarding progressive discipline and updated employee files. Responsible for safe money handling, keeps records of cash on hand. Has community involvement; chamber, clubs, schools, events, LSM. Holds weekly manager meetings and has an agenda planned. Conducts management performance reviews, and writes developmental plans. Maintains a balanced manager schedule. Responsible for new hire orientation and oversees training program. Energizes and motivates employees. Leads by example. Oversees all daily operation procedures. Oversees all AOR's to completion. Oversees repairs and maintenance budget vs actual. Has current ServSafe, Choke Saver, Allergy and TIPS certifications. Perform monthly inventory accurately and efficiently enter in YD. Analyze to create better results. Hold knowledge and understanding of all the software programs Evviva uses. Should be readily available to coach staff when needed.
