Responsibilities Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and sanitation standards Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards across all menu items Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and promote teamwork Monitor food costs, perform profit and loss analysis, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff coverage to meet customer demand during peak hours Enforce food handling procedures and safety protocols to guarantee compliance with health regulations and industry best practices Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on kitchen operations Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary arts within casual dining or fine dining settings Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment through training & development initiatives Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and inventory tracking Strong understanding of food safety management practices and regulatory compliance standards Experience in managing hospitality teams with skills in leadership, team training, interviewing, and staff development Ability to perform basic math for inventory control, budgeting, and profit analysis while maintaining excellent customer service standards Join us as a Kitchen Manager where your culinary passion meets leadership excellence!
