Duties Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar service, events and banquets. Supervise staff training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated and cohesive team Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth service flow Skills Extensive experience in food service management with a focus on restaurant or hospitality environments Proven ability to lead teams effectively through training, coaching, and supervision Strong knowledge of POS systems including Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and financial reconciliation Skilled in managing inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost control measures Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight, staff training sessions, interviewing candidates, and customer interactions Ability to assist in set up of events, scheduling, decorating, and breaking down the events.
