Job Description
Gido's Brick Oven Pizza & Ice Cream is looking for an Assistant Manager. Please submit your resume for further review and to set up an interview. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day restaurant and bar operations Lead, train, coach, and manage staff Set and enforce service, cleanliness, and operational standards Labor management, and shift execution Ensure excellent guest experience at all times Manage some inventory Control costs and improve operational efficiency Enforce company policies, procedures, and accountability Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run facility Work closely with ownership and general manager to improve performance and systems Qualifications Proven experience leading a full restaurant operation as a Assistant Manager, or in a senior operations leadership role with full ownership of people, standards, and results Demonstrated success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong people management, communication, and accountability skills Solid understanding of restaurant operations, labor, and cost control High standards for service, cleanliness, and execution Hands-on leader who leads from the floor, not the office Reliable, organized, and results-driven Nights, weekends, and holidays required What I Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Stable, established business with a loyal customer base Supportive, involved ownership Real responsibility and autonomy to run the operation A team-oriented environment focused on standards and culture About Gido's We have been open in Sturbridge for almost 3 years, we're a busy, energetic restaurant & bar destination.
