Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members on food preparation, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and optimize staffing levels to meet business demands while controlling expenses Oversee food handling, inventory control, and food production processes to maintain freshness, quality, and safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards related to food safety management and sanitation practices Support staff training initiatives focused on culinary skills, customer service excellence, and managerial communication to foster a motivated team environment Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership, staff training, and managing hospitality teams effectively Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and financial reconciliation is essential Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control techniques, and food industry regulations Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for budgeting, P&L analysis, and order processing Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates, managing staff performance, and engaging with customers professionally Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
