What You'll Do:

Lead from the floor, not the office. Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers. Build a culture where hospitality comes before transactions. Drive sales through guest engagement and team development. Manage labor, food cost, beverage cost, and profitability. Execute high-volume sporting events, private parties, and community fundraisers. Hire, train, and inspire future leaders. Be the calm, confident leader your team wants to follow. What We're Looking For. You might be the right fit if you: Love sports and the energy they create.
