Clearhaven Recovery Center is a holistic program addiction and mental health treatment center that incorporates traditional therapeutic interventions including DBT, CBT, ACT, Motivation Interviewing centered process groups, psycho-ed, and mindfulness, while including alternative methods of finding recovery - expressive arts therapy, rock climbing, hiking, boxing, yoga, music therapy, 12-step, and meditation-based recovery groups. We have rotating curriculum of general group topics to ensure a well-rounded program. At the same time, we are fully supportive of clinicians' creativity to develop individualized programming curriculum within those subject areas. M-F DAYTIME SCHEDULE

: The individual in this role will serve as the primary clinician, with the goal of growing into a leadership role. This individual will be working in our daytime PHP/IOP program (Monday-Friday) from 8:00am-4:00pm. This individual is also asked to work one afternoon shift (12:30-8:30pm) Wednesday or Thursday to support theirs and other clients who have transitioned from the daytime to evening programming. M-Th

DAYTIME SCHEDULE

: The individual in this role will serve as the primary clinician for the evening IOP program. From the start, they will have oversight of evening programming. This includes the schedule, clinical group facilitators, clinical support to the milieu. The ability to demonstrate leadership in this role will result in promotion to higher-level program leadership opportunities. This individual will be working in both the daytime and evening PHP/IOP program (Monday-Thursday) from 11:00am-9:00pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The individual in this role will support PHP/IOP programming and serve as a primary therapist for clients who need more support than 1x/week outpatient therapy, but not stabilized enough to exclude criteria for residential or acute care. The clinician is responsible for managing a caseload of 10-12 clients, running clinical groups (3-4 groups/week), completing documentation accurately and in a timely manner, facilitating family engagement (including family sessions when appropriate), and regularly signing reviewed documentation. The person in this role should be a master's level, independently licensed clinician - LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, or in the final stages of gaining independent licensure (under 6 months remaining).

EXPERIENCE

It is required to have at least 3 years working in behavioral healthcare as a clinical provider, and experience working at a private, insurance-based company. Clinicians who have worked at the private insurance-based detox/stabilization level of care will be best prepared to take on this role.

QUALITIES

We are looking for a person who is a hard worker, reliable, dedicated to helping people find recovery, a team player, and is able to present in a professional manner. This role requires the ability to work independently and with a team, complete tasks without significant oversight once trained, and have a genuine commitment to assist those who are transitioning back into life in recovery from a substance use disorder and co-occurring diagnoses. Clearhaven provides extensive support with training to ensure the clinician feels well-equipped to take on the role. Leadership provides regular reviews and weekly supervision in order to ensure transparency related to performance, while employees' professional goals are supported. The ownership team includes clinical providers who are actively engaged in decision-making for the business and regularly present in the facility. We have an extremely low turnover rate because of a supportive, team environment. Much of the clinical staff having worked with us between 4-5 years, and their departure is related to pursuit of their individual professional goals, or simply having to move beyond a reasonable commute.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a caseload of 10-12 clients, facilitate clinical groups, and complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner on the company's electronic health record system, KIPU Documentation includes initial assessments (BPS, Suicide Risk Assessment) and ongoing treatment planning. Each client requires a weekly meeting and progress note following the session. Proficiency in

criteria - experience writing ASAM notation used by the billing team for coverage at clinically appropriate level of care Understand ASAM dimensions to best evaluate clinical level of care Facilitate family and couples' sessions Make decisions that are in the best interest of the client

HOURS/SCHEDULE

: : Monday-Thursday 11am-9pm (4, 10 hour days), 3-day weekends, no work Friday-Sunday OR Monday-Friday 8:00am-9pm (5, 8 hour days), 2-day weekends, no work Sat-Sun.

QUALIFICATION

The person in this role must be a master's level, independently licensed clinician - LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, or within 6 months of gaining independent licensure. It is required to have at least 3 years working in addiction treatment as a clinical provider. Experience working in an insurance-based addiction treatment program and writing LOCUS and ASAM criteria-based notation for justification of clients' stay in care At least 2 years experience managing an individual caseload and running clinical groups. The ability to both work independently and with a team, complete tasks without significant oversight, and have a genuine commitment to assisting those who are transitioning back into life in recovery from a substance use disorder.

SALARY :

$80,000-$100,000 based on experience, licensure, and availability to start the position
