.. JOIN US! Oversee Daily operations of this high-volume, from scratch restaurant. This is a hands-on position. Coach and develop staff to ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered. Assist the Restaurant General Manager as needed. Ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered. Foster a team environment. 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience. Fine Dining or Upscale dining is highly preferred. Will consider other full-service concepts. Qualified candidates will have a passion for guest service. Proven track record of leading a team. No more than 3 jobs in five years. Hands-on manager looking to GROW their team. Positive, upbeat, go-getter personality.
