In this high-impact role, you'll drive excellence in service, quality, and compliance while guiding teams, managing financial performance, and building strong client partnerships. You'll own people leadership, including hiring, performance evaluations, and pay reviews, and lead strategic initiatives that support growth and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead large, complex, multi-unit food service operations with a focus on quality, service, and compliance Hire, develop, and manage teams, setting direction and deploying resources effectively Build a high-performing culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and service excellence Own financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost management Cultivate client relationships and influence senior stakeholders at all levels Partner cross-functionally, including matrixed teams, to deliver enterprise-level initiatives Define and deliver best-in-class food service experiences that support health, wellbeing, and satisfaction What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of management experience 4 to 5 years of related food service operations experience Proven success leading large-scale, multi-unit operations in dynamic, high-volume environments Advanced financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance targets Strong client relationship management and stakeholder influence skills A strategic mindset paired with hands-on operational agility
Pay:
From $110,000.00 per year
