Compensation:
$60,000 - $100,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste. Lead and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals for customer satisfaction, product quality, and profitability. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John's standards. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability. Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams. Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations.
