Zaxbys Shift Manager 8275 Ocean Gateway, Easton, MD 21601 $17.50 - $20.00 an hour - Full-time $17.50 - $20.00 an hour - Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Shift Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this energetic role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the management team in maintaining a seamless dining experience. MUST HAVE QSR MANAGER EXPERIANCE.
Responsibilities Assist in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and staff performance Support staff training and development to uphold high standards of food safety, customer service, and operational efficiency Manage shift schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels for busy periods and special events such as banquets or catering services Supervise food handling procedures, inventory control, and food production to maintain quality and minimize waste Operate POS systems such as PAR POS for accurate cash handling and order processing Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across kitchen and front-of-house areas Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that exceed guest expectations Open availability schedule Experience Proven Shift Manager experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices Strong background in restaurant management, including shift management, budgeting, and team supervision Experience with POS systems is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team environment Prior hospitality management experience in casual dining or fine dining settings preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding food experiences!
