Coffee & Café Manager Overview Haiden's Coffee & Café is seeking an experienced and passionate Coffee & Café Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and high-quality coffee and food. As the Coffee & Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. Duties Manage all aspects of operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills in hospitality management and customer service. Oversee kitchen management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests while addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. Create staff schedules and Manage payroll within budget. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role within a café setting desired but not necessary- we will train the right person!
