Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at Fort Meade, MD. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a large deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential. What You'll Do frontline staff; deli / bakery operations; department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance; frontline training programs; opening and closing the operation; and daily operation standards What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
