Job Description

Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Job description: We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager for our new Chipotle style Sakura Go Hibachi restaurant at Germantown. The restaurant manager is responsible for day-to-day hands on operations. He/She will serve as an ambassador of our brand and culture to our team members, guests, and the community. What we're looking for: Being bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Excellent customer service to ALL guests Ability to lead and develop team members High initiative and problem solving skills Our managers are hands on. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward all assignments Two or more years of experience with restaurant operations in a fast paced environment (supervisory experience preferred) What we offer: 2 weeks vacation starting after 9 months on the job Free lunch during shifts.
