General Manager :
Team Management of 20 + team members. Management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail. Positive, ambitious, guest service attitude Articulate and well-spoken communication. Open availability to work. Ability to pass a background check.
Knowledge of business financials:
P&L, budgets, cost centers. Business savviness. Entrepreneur spirit.
Job Duties include:
Hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff and Managers. Daily operations of retail and food service operations. Coach and develop others - preparing the bench strength.. Guest service - building a rapport and community of faithful customers. Hands-on. Help where needed - especially during peak business times.
