Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure smooth daily operations. As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee customer service, staff management, and overall restaurant performance. Your enthusiasm and management skills will inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, casual dining environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership abilities while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and service. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow during each shift Lead and motivate staff through training, coaching, and development initiatives Manage POS systems such as Spot on for accurate order processing and cash handling Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction Manage shifts, assign tasks, and oversee front-of-house activities Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service or fast food environments Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Spot on POS; cash handling expertise required Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or team management roles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Prior experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable Ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team environment Knowledge of hospitality management principles Join our dynamic team where your leadership will make a real impact!
