Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager/Kitchen Manager leads assigned shifts, carries out established plans and procedures, and has defined functional responsibility for kitchen production, inventory, purchasing, waste control, sanitation, and catering production. Material staffing, financial, safety, employee relations, vendor, or operational issues are escalated to the General Manager.
