Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager to join our team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ice cream shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards in product offerings. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine love for creating delightful experiences for customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management. Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including the serving area, kitchen, and storage areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed. Create and execute strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Develop and implement promotional activities and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Perform administrative tasks such as schedulingand reporting.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the food service industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Passion for ice cream and creating memorable experiences for customers.
