Full-time Full-time Key Responsibilities The Ultimate Host:
Own the dining room floor during peak hours. Actively engage with guests, build genuine relationships, and handle any service hiccups with grace and speed.
Team Leadership & Culture:
Recruit, train, and inspire a killer FOH team (servers, bartenders, hosts, busses). Set high standards and keep morale soaring.
Daily Operations:
Oversee shift execution, floor plans, and reservation flow to ensure seamless service and optimal table turns.
Financial & Admin Savvy:
Manage labor costs, optimize FOH schedules, and hit revenue targets without compromising the guest experience.
Brand Ambassador:
Ensure the restaurant s music, lighting, cleanliness, and overall vibe strictly align with our brand standards every single shift.
